The course is open to anyone who is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher who wishes to study the art of teaching yoga in depth.

The CPD course ‘Challenging Asana’ attracts the annual BWY requirement of 15 CPD points, and is open to anyone who is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher who wishes to study the art of teaching ‘Challenging Asana’ in depth.

For those who wish to fulfill their true potential as a confident and skillful teacher of more ‘Challenging Asana’ you will discover new dimensions to your practice and your teaching.
Enjoy the opportunity to practice and eat well on this break. Weight loss or stabilization often accompanies the physical practice. The main requirement is an open heart and a willingness to learn this ancient art of deciphering the many seeds of ‘Challenging Asana’

The CPD course will help you identify strengths and weaknesses in your own practice. Awarding yourself the tremendous benefit of time to enhance your ability to pass on the sutras of realization both in the physical and the spiritual realms. The course includes extensive study of the Keynote postures within ‘Challenging Asana’

Holiday prices are based upon 2 sharing a twin room in an apartment in Cala Llonga, (15 minutes from yoga centre)

Reduction for non-yoga participants/children £50.00
